COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN?

The Bolzano Tourist Board will offer free accommodation for 3 nights (from 27 to 30 September 2024) to the first 8 film crews from regions outside of Trentino-South Tyrol to register for the contest. This offer is valid for a maximum of 6 members per crew. Should the crew consist of more than 6 people, the team will have to find accommodation for the additional members.

Please download the declaration in lieu of a CERTIFICATION OF RESIDENCE.

HOW TO APPLY

Film crews coming from outside the province of Bolzano can send their accommodation request to bolzano48h@gmail.com (with subject line: Hospitality BZ48H#8). The organisers will communicate the availability of accommodation and the request will only be confirmed once the registration form for the contest has been successfully filled out and a copy of the participation fee payment receipt has been sent together with the completed ‘Self-certification of residence and domicile’ form (which can be downloaded from www.bz48h.com).

Once the first eight film crews have been offered accommodation, the offer will expire and an announcement will be made on the official website and social channels. Once accommodation has been confirmed for each crew, the team leader will provide the personal details of all crew members.
